1 can Pillsbury Grands biscuits
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 c. powdered sugar
2 Tbsp. butter, softened
pinch of salt
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 to 2 Tbsp. milk or half & half
1. Flatten biscuits onto 2 baking sheets until they are approx. 5 inches in diameter.
2. Mix sugar, cinnamon, and pecans in a small bowl. Divide evenly among biscuits, sprinkling mixture over half of each flattened biscuit.
3. Fold biscuits in half and pinch edges to seal.
4. Bake according to package instructions, until golden brown.
5. In a separate bowl, combine powdered sugar, butter, vanilla, and milk. Stir until smooth.
6. Drizzle hand pies generously with icing while warm.
