3 large egg whites
1 small yellow onion (peeled and halved)
1 sprig fresh rosemary
1 sprig fresh parsley
1 lb turkey breast tenderloin (or ground turkey)
1 pinch salt
1 pinch pepper
1⁄2 cup breadcrumbs
This recipe requires attachments not provided with the basic unit.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Add all ingredients in the order they appear into the Meal Mixer.
Pulse (about 10 - 20 times) keeping an eye on consistency (less for chunky meatloaf - more for fluffy meatloaf).
Scoop the blended ingredients into a lightly oiled loaf pan.
Then cook for about an hour or until fully done.
