Ingredients:

4 cups cubed seeded watermelon
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon chopped fresh mint
1 tablespoon honey

Method:

Step 1 Blend watermelon, lemon juice, mint, and honey in a blender until smooth. Refrigerate 2 hours before serving.
