turkey giblets
4 cups water
1 package long grain wild rice mix
1 celery rib, chopped
1 small onion, chopped
1/2 cups butter
2 1/2 cups seasoned stuffing
1 1/2 cups chicken broth
Cook giblets and water for 2 hours
Prepare rice as directed
Saute onions and celery in butter
Add onions and celery to rice.
Continue combining rice mixture to stuffing, broth
and drained giblets.
Spoon into ungreased pie plate and bake at 350 degrees until heated through (about 30 minutes).
