1 (oz10) package frozen broccoli (thawed)
2 oz5 cans boned chicken
½ can cream of chicken soup
½ cup mayonnaise
½ teaspoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon curry powder
½ cup grated cheddar cheese
½ bread crumbs
Cook broccoli in boiling salted water 5 to 10 minutes. Drain and arrange in
greased 2 quart casserole dish. Place chicken on top. In a small bowl,
combine the soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice and curry powder. Pour over the
top of the chicken. Sprinkle with cheese and bread crumbs. Bake, covered, at
350 degrees for 20 minutes. Remove foil and bake another 10 minutes. May
serve over rice if desired.
