Ingredients:

1 pound lean ground beef
1 small onion chopped
1 teaspoon salt
1 to 2 teaspoons chilli powder
1 bay leaf
1 teaspoon woster shirer sauce
2 8 ounce cans tomato sauce
2 16 ounce cans kidney beans drained

Method:

in skillet break up beef with fork
& cook until lightly browned. pour off fat.
in slow cooking pot combine all ingredients
cover & cook on high 2 to 3 hours.
re move bay leaf be four serving.
makes 6 to 7 servings.
