4 Ingredients Meat Loaf

Ingredients:

1 ½ lb hamburger, lean
1 can tomato soup
1 package onion soup mix
3 slices of bread
Milk enough to moisten bread
Topping
½ cup brown sugar
¼ cup ketchup
¼ cup mustard
You may adjust the above ingredients to taste.

Method:

In a large bowl mix raw hamburger, soup, onion soup mix, and bread that has been moistened with milk.
Mix until bread crumbs have absorbed the soup and are soft.
Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees
Drain off extra grease.
Add topping if desired or top with ketchup.
Bake 15 minutes longer.
Let cool for 5 minutes before cutting. Very moist.
