3 cups fresh Brussels sprouts, halved
1 cup cubed fully cooked ham
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 garlic clove, minced
1 teaspoon seasoned salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese or feta cheese
2 tablespoons honey
1. Preheat air fryer to 390°. In a large bowl, toss the first 7 ingredients. Place in greased air fryer. Cook until browned and crispy, about 10 minutes. Transfer to a serving dish; top with blue cheese and honey.

After having caramelized sprouts at my favorite restaurant, I knew that I wanted to enjoy these at home too. It is simple to make, and doesn't take too much time in the kitchen too. A drizzle of honey really brings out the flavors, but maple syrup works well too.Thick cut bacon also works well in place of ham.
