1 pork tenderloin (3/4 pound)
1 tablespoon spicy brown mustard
2 teaspoons canola oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1. Preheat air fryer to 375°. Trim silver skin from tenderloin if desired; pat dry. In a small bowl, stir together mustard, oil, garlic powder, onion powder and pepper; spread over tenderloin. Place in greased air fryer. Cook until a thermometer reads 145°, 18 to 20 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before slicing.
