Asian Stir Fry

Ingredients:

2 skinless chicken breasts
1/4 cp water
1/4 cp soy sauce
2 good shakes ginger powder
2 good shakes garlic powder
salt and pepper to taste
1 bag Asian stir fry mix (item 754 Schwan's)

Method:

In small bowl combine soy sauce, ginger, and garlic with water, salt and pepper
In crock pot lay chicken breasts and pour over with liquid mixture. Cook on low 6-8 hours
In skillet add 1 bag Asian stir fry mix (item 754 Schwan's) break up chicken from crock pot and add to skillet pour over broth and add sauce packet from stir fry; let simmer 5--10 minutes stir occasionally serve over rice if desirable.

There will be 2 packets of sauce mix in stir fry bag I only added one but two can be used. It makes enough for two people.
