1 10 inch round pizza crust.
1/4 Cup BBQ Sauce
1 and 1/2 cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
1 Roma Tomato, Sliced
4 oz Sliced Chicken
1/8 cup Red Onions, diced
Sprinkle of Cilantro, chopped (after baking)
Spread sauce evenly over pizza round. Top with all remaining ingredients except cilantro.
Bake at 450° for 8 to 11 minutes
Remove from oven when lightly browned and crispy at edges. Sprinkle with cilantro, cut and serve.
