BROC Salad

1 red onion (chopped fine)
lb bacon (cooked and crumbled)
lb sharp cheddar cheese (grated)
cup raisins (use any dried fruit)
2 bunches of broccoli


Cut broccoli into florets. Mix above ingredients. Salt and pepper to taste.


Less then a cup pf sugar (this is to taste)
Dissolve sugar in 2 tablespoons of white vinegar
When dissolved add 1 cup mayonnaise (can cut this to 3/4cup and in addition add cup sour cream.

Mix dressing and salad, refrigerate.
