BROC Salad

Ingredients:

1 red onion (chopped fine)
½ lb bacon (cooked and crumbled)
½ lb sharp cheddar cheese (grated)
½ cup raisins (use any dried fruit)
2 bunches of broccoli

Method:

Cut broccoli into florets. Mix above ingredients. Salt and pepper to taste.

Dressing:

Less then a ¼ cup pf sugar (this is to taste)
Dissolve sugar in 2 tablespoons of white vinegar
When dissolved add 1 cup mayonnaise (can cut this to 3/4cup and in addition add ¼ cup sour cream.

Mix dressing and salad, refrigerate.
