Baked Apples With Black Walnuts

Ingredients:

4 apples
4 tablespoons of black walnuts
3 tablespoons of butter
3 tablespoons of brown sugar
1/3 cup of bread crumbs
½ teaspoon of cinnamon
1/3 cup of apple cider

Method:

Scoop out the core of 4 apples using a melon baller, leaving the bottoms intact.
Mix 3 tablespoons each of black walnuts, brown sugar and butter with 1/3 cup bread
crumbs and ½ teaspoon cinnamon; stuff into apples.
Put in a baking dish with 2/3 cup of apple cider and bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes.
