Baked Fruit French Toast

Ingredients:

1 can Apple pie filling
1 TSP Cinnamon
1 Cup Brown Sugar
3/4 cup Raisins (Optional)
1 loaf Italian or French bread (Cut into 1 In. Thick slices)
6 eggs
1 and 1/2 cup milk
1 TSP Vanilla

Method:

Grease a 13 X 9 baking dish, spread can of Apple Pie filling on bottom of pan. Sprinkle on Cinnamon, brown sugar and lay slices of bread in baking dish. Mix together eggs, milk and Vanilla and pour over the bread. Refrigerate over night. Bake at 375 for 40 minutes Sprinkle powdered sugar on top. (Optional)
