Banana Poppy Seed Dressing

1 ripe banana
1 cup (8-ounces) sour cream
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 tablespoon poppy seeds
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon dry mustard
3/4 teaspoon salt


1. In a small bowl, finely mash banana. Add sour cream, sugar, poppy seeds, lemon juice, mustard and salt. Mix well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before using.

Helpful Hints:

Makes 1 3/4 cups.
This creamy, sweet and tangy banana and poppy seed dressing is wonderful with fresh fruit.
