3 lbs. pork roast
1 cup chicken broth
2 medium onions, chopped
3 tbsp. brown sugar
1 Tbsp. dried mustard
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
3 bottles of chili sauce,(each bottle is 12 ounces(
1 Bake roast in oven at 350 degrees F. for about 1 and one half hours covered with foil.
Remove from oven and allow to cool takes about an hour.
After it cools shred meat.
Place meat and one cup of broth from bottom of pan, and all other ingredients into a large pot that can be used on top of the stove.
Cook on medium on top of stove for about 2 hours.
Stirring every five to ten minutes to prevent onions from sticking.
Sauce will thicken as it cooks.
Serve with your favorite type of coleslaw on a bun.
