1 (7.75 ounce) jar Gerber Junior Peach Cobbler
1/3 cup ketchup
1/3 cup vinegar
1/3 cup brown sugar
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon ginger
1/4 teaspoon mace
1 teaspoon onion salt
Combine all ingredients thoroughly. Score hot dogs diagonally on 3 sides. Barbecue, basting with sauce about 3 times while cooking.
Use on pork or chicken. Use heated sauce in chafing dish with sliced hot dogs.
Makes 1 1/2 cups sauce, enough for 2 pounds of hot dogs.
