Barbecue ham and pineapple kebabs

Ingredients:

1 pound of ham, cut into 1-inch cubes
1 pineapple, peeled, cored and cut into 1-inch cubes
Two bell peppers, cut into 1-inch pieces
1/2 cup of honey barbecue sauce
10 to 15 bamboo skewers
 

Method:

On 10 to 15 bamboo skewers, alternate ham, pineapple and bell pepper pieces until the skewers are almost full
Brush with honey barbecue sauce
Let sit for 10 minutes
Bake in a 350-degree oven for 10 to 15 minutes or place on a preheated grill for 10 minutes, turning every two minutes
Recipe serves 4 to 8.
