Beauty Fruit Smoothie (Magic Bullet)

Ingredients:

1 small banana
1/4 cup kiwi (peeled and sliced bite size )
1/2 cup frozen mixed berries
1/2 cup fresh pineapple (chopped bite size)
1 tablespoon ground flaxseed
3/4 cup soy milk or almond milk
1/4 cup water

Method:

1 Put everything in a blender and blend until smooth. Serve immediately or keep refrigerated.
NOTES
You can make this smoothie ahead of time, it will keep refrigerated overnight.
