Beef Tacos

Ingredients:

2 tablespoons Planter's Peanut Oil
1 pound ground beef
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 medium clove garlic, minced
1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
1 teaspoon salt
Generous dash ground black pepper
12 prepared taco shells
Grated cheese
Shredded lettuce

Method:

Heat Planter's Peanut Oil in skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and brown, stirring to break up beef. Add onion and garlic; continue cooking until onion is tender. Mix in tomato sauce, salt and pepper. Heat, stirring occasionally. Spoon beef mixture into prepared taco shells. Top with cheese and lettuce. Serve hot.
Makes 12 servings.
