Beer Chuck Roast

Ingredients:

> 4-5 lb. chuck or other roast
> 12 oz. bottle beer
> 1/2 c. brown sugar
> 14 oz. bottle ketchup

> Mix together beer, brown sugar and ketchup. Place roast in Dutch oven
> over stove. Pour mixture over roast and bring to a boil. Then simmer,
> covered, over low heat for 4-5 hours.
