1 lb sausage links, any variety
12 oz. can beer
1 cup water
1 large onion, thick sliced
Pierce sausages a few times with a needle.
Put sliced onion in the bottom of a pan. Pour in beer and water.
Simmer sausages in pan for 5 minutes.
Drain sausages and spray with oil lightly.
Grill for about 5-6 minutes.
They are delicious. You can use any type of fat sausages. E.g. Italian, bratwurst, kielbasa, etc.
