Blueberry Tort

Ingredients:

Crust:
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1 stick margarine
1/2 cup sugar
Filling:
1 large package cream cheese
2 eggs
1/2 cup sugar
1 can blueberry pie mix

Method:

Crust
1. Mix cracker crumbs, margarine and sugar.
2. Press into a medium size baking dish or a 13 by 9 inch cake pan.
Filling
1. Beat thoroughly cream cheese, eggs, and sugar.
2. Pour over crust and bake 30 minutes at 325 degrees.
3. When cool, pour blueberry pie mix on top.
4. Refrigerate.
5. Serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
