Brined and Grilled Pork Tenderloin Sandwhich

Ingredients:

For the BBQ sauce
½ cup mayonnaise
1/8 cup of apple cider vinegar
2 tablespoons of lemon juice
½ teaspoons of cayenne pepper
½ teaspoons of cumin
(to taste) salt and pepper
For the sandwiches
8-inch French bread Loaf (x2)
10 oz of pork tenderloin, sliced thin
2 slices of Swiss cheese
2 slices of bacon (already cooked)
(to taste) White BBQ

Method:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Spread white BBQ over bread, then pile pork end to end
Add more white BBQ sauce to taste
Top with Swiss cheese and bacon
Bake at 350 degrees for about 8 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bread is toasted.
