Cannoli Filling

Ingredients:

3/4 cup sugar,
3/4 cup milk,
3 tablespoons cornstarch.

Method:

combine in small sauce pan place over medium heat,
let come to a boil,
stir constantly or it will burn. As it thickens to tooth paste consistency remove from heat, let cool, stir as it cools add mixture to 2 lbs if low moisture ricotta.
Fill shells or use as a filling. Use as a dip with pizzells or vanilla nibs. Enjoy
