Catalina dressing 2

� cup Ketchup
� cup Sugar
� cup Red wine vinegar
� cup Onion, grated
1 teaspoon Paprika
� teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 cup Salad oil
To taste Salt and pepper


Add the ketchup, sugar, vinegar, onion, paprika and
Worcestershire to a food processor bowl or blender. Pulse until
blended. With the processor running, slowly add the oil. The dressing will thicken slightly.
Check the seasonings. Cover and refrigerate until needed.
