Cheese Cake 2


1 Cup graham cracker crumbs
1/4 Cup sugar
1/4 Cup butter, softened
2 8 ounce packages cream cheese, softened
1 2/3 Cup sugar
4 eggs
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 Cup dairy sour cream
1 Tbsp. grated lemon peel
1 Tbsp. sugar


Combine crumbs and sugar; add butter. Mix until butter is thoroughly
combines with crumbs; press onto bottom of 9-inch spring form pan. Combine cream cheese and sugar, mixing at medium speed on electric mixer until well blended. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Blend in juice; pour over crust. Bake at 350 degrees
for one hour. Combine sour cream, lemon peel, and sugar; carefully spread
over cheesecake. Bake 5 minutes. Loosen cake from rim of pan; cool before removing pan. Chill.
