Chicken Salad Supreme


3/4 cup mayonnaise
3 tablespoons Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard
2 cups cooked chicken, cubed
2 tablespoons chopped pimiento
2 tablespoons pickle relish
3/4 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup slivered toasted almonds
2 hard cooked eggs, diced
1 tablespoon minced onion


Combine mayonnaise and mustard. Toss dressing lightly with remaining ingredients. Chill. If desired, serve on a bed of greens.
Makes 4 servings.
