Chutney Salad Dressing

1/3 cup chutney
1/4 cup water
3 tablespoons orange juice
2 cloves large garlic, peeled
1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper
1/3 cup vegetable oil


1. Combine chutney, water, orange juice, garlic and crushed red pepper in blender; cover. Process until smooth. Process again, while slowly adding oil, for 20 to 30 more seconds or until smooth.

Helpful Hints:

A spicy, flavorful dressing that tastes great on a variety of salads.
Makes 1 cup.
