1/4 cup fat-free mayonnaise
3 to 6 drops hot pepper sauce
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon sugar
1/2 cup fresh cilantro leaves
1. Place all ingredients in a blender; cover and process until blended. Refrigerate, covered, until serving.
Use this zippy dressing over greens or hot or cold boiled potatoes. You'll love it!
