Cincinnati Chili

Ingredients:

3 lb ground chuck
2 medium onions chopped
3 cloves garlic
2 15 oz cans of tomato sauce
2 cups beef broth
? cup red wine vinegar
? cup Worcestershire sauce
? cup chili powder
2 tsp. oregano
? tsp. cinnamon and cumin
1 tsp. salt
pepper to taste
? tsp. cloves
1 oz Unsweetened Chocolate




Method:

Throw all together and let it cook.
Let stand over night.




Helpful Hints:

You can add Kidney beans cheese and onions or any combination of these on top.
This Chili is served over spaghetti.
