2 cups skim milk or milk of choice

1 cup rolled oats
*Sugar's Note, I like using Steel oats when possible
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 tablespoon pure maple syrup
*Sugar's Note, I skip the syrup. They do have Sugar-Free maple syrup if you
choose to use it.
2 tablespoon nonfat plain Greek yogurt
*Sugar's note, I like the Sugar-Free Plane Greek yogurt
1 teaspoon pure maple syrup

1 teaspoon skim milk or milk of choice
1. In a small saucepan, bring milk to a gentle boil.
2. Stir in oats, turn heat to low and cook until oats have absorbed liquid
about 3 to 5 minutes.
3. Turn off heat and stir in cinnamon, vanilla, and maple syrup. Divide
oatmeal into two bowls.
4. In a small bowl, stir together yogurt, maple syrup, and milk. Drizzle
over top of oatmeal. Serve immediately.
