Continental Lemon Sauce (For Vegies, seafood, poached eggs)


1 cup Hellmann's Best Foods Real Mayonnaise
2 eggs
3 tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard


In small saucepan with wire whisk, beat all ingredients until smooth. Stirring constantly, cook over medium-low heat until thick, do not boil. Serve over vegetables, seafood or poached eggs. Sprinkle with paprika.
Makes 1 2/3 cups.
