Cranberry Mustard Vinaigrette

4 tablespoons cranberry vinegar
Zest and juice of one orange
2 teaspoons whole grain mustard
5 tablespoons olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste


1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the cranberry vinegar, orange zest and juice and mustard. Drizzle in the olive oil and season.

Helpful Hints:

Makes about 3/4 cup.
This festive cranberry mustard vinaigrette is perfect for serving with salad greens for fall and winter entertaining.
