Cranberry Relish


1 lb. cranberries, washed and stemmed
2 oranges
3 apples
4 oz. crushed pineapple
1/4 lb. pecans
1 lb. sugar


Cut oranges in quarters and remove seeds. DO NOT PEEL.
Do the same with apples. Grind cranberries, oranges, and
apples (both with peel). Add pineapple, chopped nuts and
sugar. Mix thoroughly. Refrigerate. Excellent to serve with
turkey, chicken, or roast pork. Will keep well for at least
one week.
