Cranberry Relish 2


12 oz. fresh cranberries
1 large navel orange
1 medium red apple
1/2 c. granulated sugar


1. In a high powered blender or food processor, combine cranberries, chopped orange segments, chopped apple, and granulated sugar.
2. Pulse until relish reaches desired consistency, stirring as necessary.
3. Transfer to serving bowl and serve immediately or refrigerate, covered, until ready to serve.
