Creole Icing

Ingredients:

1 tablespoon softened butter
1/4 cup clear black coffee
3 tablespoons Hershey's Cocoa
Pinch of cinnamon
3 1/4 cups powdered sugar

Method:

Combine butter, coffee, Cocoa and cinnamon. Gradually add sugar, heating to spreading consistency.
Makes 1 1/2 cups icing or enough for an 8 or 9 inch layer cake.
