Creole Sauce )ForFish, Omelets, Beef, Poultry)

Ingredients:

1 large onion, thinly sliced
1/4 cup chopped green pepper
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
1/2 cup Heinz Tomato Ketchup
1/2 cup water
1 tablespoon Heinz Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
Dash pepper

Method:

In saucepan, sauté onion and green pepper in butter until tender. Stir in ketchup, water, Worcestershire Sauce, salt and pepper. Simmer, uncovered, 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve over baked, broiled or fried fish, omelets or other meat or chicken dishes.
Makes 1 1/2 cups sauce.
