4 pork chops, lean
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
flour
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 jar sliced mushrooms
4 potatoes, quartered
Combine flour, garlic powder, salt, & pepper. Coat pork chops with flour
mixture. Place in bottom of crock pot. Add peeled & quartered potatoes. Combine Soups & mushrooms & add to crock pot. Cook on low 7 to 8 hours or on high 5 to 6 hours (or until pork chops are tender). If you prefer mashed potatoes, omit the quartered potatoes.
