Crockpot Beef or Chicken Mongolian

Ingredients:

1 ½ lb beef flank steak cut in stir fry pieces or 3 lb chicken cut same way
¼ cp corn starch
2 tbsp olive oil
½ tsp minced ginger
¼ tsp cracked red pepper flakes
¼ tsp garlic ¾ cp soy sauce
¾ cp water
½ cp brown sugar
1 cp shredded carrots
3 medium green, red, yellow peppers

Method:

In a bowl place starch and one piece of meat at a time coat well and place in crock pot. In same bowl discard left over starch and place
all other ingredients except peppers and carrots. Stir mixture and pour over meat. Add peppers and cook for 4 hours on low. Half hour before done add carrots and serve over rice or         noodles.
