Cucumber Salad

Ingredients:

3 cucumbers thinly sliced
1 cup water
1 cup vinegar
1 onion sliced
1 tspl. Salt
pepper

Method:

Slice cucumbers and onion and put them in a bowl.
Mix the remaining ingredients together and pour over vegetables. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours. Keeps refrigerated for at least a week.
You may add cut up tomatoes or/and peppers.
