Dill Fondue Balls


2 slightly beaten egg whites
1 cup grated Swiss cheese
1/3 cup chopped Heinz dill pickles
Dash garlic salt
1/2 cup dry bread crumbs


In bowl, combine egg whites, cheese, chopped pickles and garlic salt. Drop by teaspoonfuls into bread crumbs. Roll and coat well, forming small balls. Chill until ready to serve. Fry in deep fat, 375 degrees, until golden brown, 2 to 3 minutes. Drain on absorbent paper.
Makes 2 dozen appetizers.
