1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons olive oil
1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
2 garlic cloves
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
1. Combine all ingredients in blender or processor. Blend until smooth.
2. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
