Easy Beef Wellington

2 Beef filets (6 to 8 ounces each)
1/2 cup Mushrooms, sliced
1 1/2 Tablespoons Butter
Puff pastry sheets


Grill or pan sear the beef about half way to the desired
temperature (about 1 minute per side for medium rare, 3
minutes for medium well). Melt the butter and cook the
mushrooms until just limp. Add the mushrooms to puff pastry
sheets. Top with the beef and fold to seal. Flip over onto
a cookie sheet. Bake until the pastry has browned and the
beef is cooked to the desired temperature.

Serve this classic dish with your favorite potato and green
