Easy Chicken Soup

2 whole chicken legs
1 lg carrot
1/2 onion chopped
1 1/2 cup frozen mixed vegetables
1/2 tsp poultry seasoning
noodles of your choice (1 cup) or rice 1/2 cup uncooked
1 tsp salt
dash pepper
6 cups water


Simmer chicken legs until meat is soft. remove chicken and let cool. Take
chicken off the bones. Add back to pot. Add everything but the frozen vegetables
and noodles. If using rice, add at this time. Simmer for 30 minutes,
then add frozen vegetables and simmer for another 10 minutes. Serve.
