Easy Guacamole

Ingredients:

• 6 avocados
• 1/3 cup cilantro chopped
• 1/3 cup red onion chopped
• 1 jalapeno minced
• 3-4 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
• 1 tsp. kosher salt

Method:

1. In a medium mixing bowl, combine cilantro, onion, jalapeno, lime juice, and salt.
2. Muddle ingredients gently.
3. Add avocado and mash to desired consistency.
4. Add additional salt or lime juice as desired.
