Easy Stuffing and Pork Casserole

Ingredients:

1 to 1 and a half pound pork, cubed (You can use pork chops, pork steak
or any other kind of pork you might have)
1 Package Stove Top Stuffing
1 Can cream corn
? cup chopped onion (optional)
? cup chopped green pepper (optional)

Method:

Preheat oven to 350 Degrees Cube and brown pork. Prepare stuffing mix as directed on box. Mix prepared stuffing with the can of cream corn, onion, and Green Pepper. Spread browned pork in the bottom of a 3 quart casserole. (A 9x13 glass cake pan is also good). Spread stuffing and corn mixture over top of
pork. Bake for approximately 1 to 1 and a quarter hours.

Helpful Hints:

You want your dressing to be a bit crunchy on top. This is a great dish to prepare when you're having company. You can prepare the casserole early in the
day and slip it in the refrigerator until you are ready to bake it.
