Elvis French Toast

Ingredients:

Serves 6

Spread 6 slices of firm white bread with Nutella.

Fry 6 strips of bacon until crisp.

Cut three bananas lengthwise and cut in quarters.

Six more slices of bread.

6 eggs
2 cups of milk

Method:

Grease a 9x13 baking pan.
Spread 6 slices of firm white bread with Nutella. Place in the bottom of the pan.

Fry 6 strips of bacon until crisp. Break each piece in two and place two pieces on each slice of bread.

Cut three bananas lengthwise and cut in quarters. Place on bacon in pan.

Top with 6 slices of bread. This will make six sandwiches in your pan.

Beat 6 eggs with 2 cups of milk and pour over sandwiches. Cover with aluminum foil and refrigerate overnight.

The next day, bring to room temperature by sitting out on counter for about an hour.

Bake at 400F with foil in place for 40 minutes then remove foil and bake another 15 minutes. Let stand for 10 minutes and serve.
