Enchilada Casserole

Ingredients:

1/4 cup enchilada sauce
1/4 cup tomato sauce
1/4 cup grated cheese
1/4 cup corn
1/2 cup cooked diced chicken (or cooked ground beef)
1 tablespoon chopped onion
1 tablespoon chopped black olives
2 corn tortillas -- torn
or 1-1/2 cups corn chips

Method:

1. Mix ingredients in mixing bowl.
2. Pour into greased casserole dish. Cover.
3. Microwave 2 minutes. Turn.
4. Microwave 2 minutes.
5. Let stand 2 minutes.
Serves 1
